How To Lose Belly Fat

There are exercises - and then there are actual exercise. The two are not the same thing. Some exercises may actually undermine the burning belly DCA.

If a rate of ABS-Killer is your goal, there are seven exercises you have to avoid. They are:

1. Lying leg raises Quinte-legs (the first of 45 degrees Bank, one leg at a time, or both simultaneously)

5. ANY machine-based ab exercise
6. ANY machine-based twisting exercise

Remember that the point here is late into the abdominal fat and development of abdominal muscles. They are not on your forearms, legs or neck. Exercises should be ABS and support areas of the body, as your main activity.

Let's talk about those bad years, you should avoid, if your goal is to develop truly great abs.
